This website does not use an on-site form to collect or store contact requests. When you choose to contact Audrey online, you will be directed to a HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice contact form. Information you submit after following that link is handled in the SimplePractice form, not by this website.
The HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice contact form includes its own consent notice for submitting protected health information. Sending a message through that form does not create a counseling relationship. Audrey will treat the information you share as private and confidential to the extent applicable and use it to respond to your inquiry.
At Healing Ray Counseling LLC, your privacy is a priority. Audrey follows HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations to protect your personal and health information. Your therapy sessions are confidential, with limited exceptions to protect safety and meet legal and professional responsibilities, and your records are securely stored.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services if you are uninsured or choosing to pay out-of-pocket.
